Every number on our pages comes from a source that we link to at the bottom of the page: mostly the UNESCO World Heritage Centre, Encyclopaedia Britannica, NASA and the climate normals of the World Meteorological Organization. The month-by-month climate figures are the World Meteorological Organization's 1991 to 2020 normals for the Errachidia station, 103 km north of the dunes, as archived by the US National Centers for Environmental Information, and the day length is our own calculation. Information on tours, that is duration, stops, languages, inclusions, and starting prices, is taken from the offers on GetYourGuide.
